Hyalyn Vase and Other Thrifty Finds

Here are some of my finds from last week.  Everything but the Hyalyn vase was from various thrift stores.  I also found a pretty nice mid century lamp that I forgot to photograph.  The hunt now begins for a lampshade.

Linking up with Apron Thrift Girl's Thrift Share Monday.
14" tall Hyalyn vase.  I bought this from a vendor at one of the First Friday shops.  I wasn't familiar with the brand but I had to have it.  It is in super mint condition.  I paid $18 for this and it is a keeper!

String art boat made with copper and bronze wire.  I bought this for resale but I really like it so I might have to keep it.

Zodiac starburst clock by United.  This thing is very hard to hang, hence I didn't!  It is in pretty good condition.

Hand thrown pottery bowl.  I love the glaze on this.

7.5" Hull wildflower vase in perfect condition.

I was surprised to find this Padilla mug that matches the set I found last week!  Came from a completely different thrift store than the others too.

    1. Good question! I've collected a lot of different things over the years. I've just started collecting W. German pottery - I just have a few pieces at this point. I'm very drawn to a lot of mid century, danish items and I've accumulated a pretty descent collection of original, mid century paintings that I really love. I've really downsized what I keep over the past few years to keep the clutter down.
